The Customs & Quarantine Agency is Guam’s “First line of Defense.” We enforce hundreds of laws and regulations for both federal and local entities and are responsible for protecting borders, securing ports of entry and facilitating trade, commerce and travel.  The mission of the Agency is to improve trade facilitation and protect the people of Guam.
