GDOE Employees’ Workshop
The Guam Department of Education will be holding a counseling/emotion regulation workshop from August 17th - 18th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This workshop is mandatory for all employees, excluding Board Members. This workshop seeks to understand and regulate students' emotional capacity and cognition, as well as its efficacy towards a better classroom environment. Classes will not be in session and will resume on Friday, August 19th.

The University of Guam will be hosting a public forum for 34th Legislation candidates at its lecture hall. The topic will be about their thoughts and propositions for the upcoming 2020 military buildup on Guam. This event will be open to the general public. There will be a $5 fee for entry.
